ENFORCEABLE JURISDICTION

It is held, herein, that the reasonable presumption of the Founding Peoples who have constructed the OIPC [Original Indigenous Peoples Court] is that the Custom Laws of a given political territory shall be defined by that particular Peoples.

And, through these presumptions arises the duty to govern commerce and trade.

Hence, OIPC has directed information forward to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS); wherein, information is shared as relating to original and continued jurisdiction to establish and enforce a network of both domestic and international banking regulations for the benefit of the whole.
